Presentation Solution products are always up-to-date and performing at the
highest level possible.
Express Exchange Uplift

the repairs and provides 48-hour replacement.
KlassTech Standard Site Support Agreement
To complement the
initial warranty, KlassTech offers Standard Site Support. Clients may
purchase a KlassTech Standard
Site
Support contract. This program provides not only email support but also
2-hour call back telephone support and Express Exchange service
Two-hour Call Back –With
two-hour call back, a KlassTech representative documents the details of your
technical issue over the phone. A KlassTech technical support engineer then
phones you within two hours during the Principle Period of Maintenance (PPM)
of your initial contact. Both the Basic (warranty) and Standard Site Support
options are designed to provide the technical assistance that best fits your
presentation solution needs. |
